Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and do not constitute an offer to sell. Orders are confirmed only when accepted in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.

5. ASME Compliance Disclaimer

Our products are engineered and manufactured to comply with applicable ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards, including ASME Section VIII Division 1 for pressure vessels where applicable. However:

  • We do not guarantee compliance with all possible applicable codes and standards. It is the buyer's responsibility to specify required certifications and compliance standards at the time of purchase.
  • Compliance with design and manufacturing standards does not eliminate all operational risks. Proper installation, operation, maintenance, and inspection by qualified personnel are essential.
  • We are not responsible for failures resulting from improper installation, operation, maintenance, modification, or use outside of design parameters.

6. Product Warranties & Limitations

Limited Warranty

The Company warrants that products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and within the design specifications for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in a specific purchase agreement.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You agree that any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
